Reed Fogg, MD

A pioneer in the integrated approach to problems of the spine, Dr. Fogg is a spine surgeon and founder of the Intermountain Spine Institute (ISI). ISI is the realization of Dr. Fogg's vision for multidisciplinary spine care.

Dr. Fogg completed his medical training at the University of Utah. He completed a spine fellowship with David K Selby, M.D. at the Dallas Spine Group. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, and a charter member of the North American Spine Society. Dr. Fogg was instrumental in the development of the Selby Spine Conference held annually in Park City, Utah. He is known throughout the intermountain west for his expertise, compassion, and leadership. Dr. Fogg specializes in conservative and surgical treatment of lumbar spine conditions.

Robert M. Berry, MD

Dr. Berry is a fellowship trained spine surgeon and co-founder of ISI. He is a graduate of Stanford University, USC Medical School and the University of Washington Residency Program. A diplomate of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a member of the North American Spine Society, Dr. Berry specializes in surgical conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine. He is well-known in the intermountain region and in the pacific northwest.

Judd Clawson, MD

Dr. Clawson is a graduate of The Medical College of Wisconsin, the University of Minnesota and is a fellow of the Texas Back Institute. He is a diplomate of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a member of the North American Spine Society. Dr. Clawson specializes in surgeries of the cervical and lumbar spine.

Justin Hohl, MD

Dr. Hohl went to medical school at Columbia University in New York City, followed by an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his training at the University of Utah with a combined orthopedic and neurosurgical spine fellowship. His undergraduate studied were in neuroscience at Brigham Young Univesity. He lives in Salt Lake City with his wife and four children. Dr. Hohl specializes in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgery, addressing degenerative (arthritic) conditions., trauma ,tumor, and scoliosis. When appropriate, he employs minimally invasive and microscopic spine surgery techniques. He has authored more than 20 scientific articles and book chapters that address various clinical and surgical conditions of the spine.

Terry Sawchuk, MD

A board certified physiatrist, Dr. Sawchuk graduated from Brown University, University of North Dakota, and the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. He completed a spine fellowship at The Institute for Low Back Care/Sister Kenny Institute at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. He is a diplomate of the American Academy of Physical Medicine, a member of the North American Spine Society and he is also a member of the International Spinal Injection Society. Dr Sawchuk treats conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine.

J. Bradley Davis, MPAS, PA-C

Brad Davis is a graduate of the University of Utah Physician Assistant Program, the University of Utah, and the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He completed a spine fellowship at The Institute for Low Back Care/Sister Kenny Institute at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. He has specialized in treatment of spine conditions at ISI since 1991. Brad is a charter member of the National Association of Physician Assistants, and a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Because of his knowledge, experience, and expertise Brad is well known in the intermountain region. Brad treats conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine, and has a special interest in management of osteoporosis and compression fracture.
